A blank screen opens when accessing Analysis>Dashboards

Selected supervisor users may experience a blank screen loading when accessing Analysis>Dashboards.
Try each step until the issue is resolved:
  1. Clear the browser cookies and cache.
  2. Utilize an incognito or private mode for the browser and test if Dashboards load.
  3. Review if there are any browser plug-ins installed.  Temporarily disable one plug-in at a time, while loading Dashboards to isolate if a browser plug-in is blocking Financial Edge NXT from loading.  Make any necessary changes to the plug-in to allow all traffic from fenxt.blackbaud.com. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into Web view of FE NXT
2. Select Analysis>Dashboards
3. Blank screen loads
