1. Core > People Finder > select the user
2. Access tab > Disconnect Blackbaud ID account
3. Confirm you want to proceed by clicking Save
4. Select Edit User Name to set the username. This is required as the user will have no username after being disconnected. You can set their username to their email address or a non-email username.
5. Set a temp password if the user needs to authenticate through Education Management. Or the user can request a password reset email by selecting the Forgot login or First time logging in? link on the Education Management sign in page.

If you want to prevent the user from signing in, lock/disable their account from the Access tab.
