Recent and upcoming activities on Constituent Summary tab is showing events that were refunded

If you navigate to a constituent's record, on the summary tab, it still shows events in the upcoming section even though the order was refunded.

 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Sales > Daily Sales
  2. Select a patron
  3. Select a scheduled program
  4. Add a payment and complete the order
  5. Go to the patron’s Constituent record. In the Constituent Summary section, this event shows as an upcoming activity
  6. Go to Sales > Order Search to open the completed order
  7. Click Refund order on the left
  8. Select a reason and click Refund
  9. On the next prompt, select Yes to mark the registrant as canceled and return the ticket to inventory
  10. Go back to the Constituent record. In the Constituent Summary section, the event still shows as an upcoming activity.
