Unable to connect to salesforce web service.LOGIN Web service operation login generated a SOAP Fault. SOAP faultstring is: INVALID LOGIN: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out. 11506

When dong a manual FIMS to FIMS CRM sync or the scheduled CRM sync the error, "Unable to connect to salesforce web service.(LOGIN) Web service operation login generated a SOAP Fault. SOAP faultstring is: INVALID_LOGIN: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out. (11506)" occurs.
This error occurs if the password for the FIMSSupport administrative account was changed, which means then that the token needs to be updated in FIMS systems options:

To get a new token after changing the password, do the following;

1. Log into CRM with the FIMSSupport account
2. Click on MicroEdge Support  >  My Settings >Click Reset My Security Token. 
3. An email will be sent to fimssupport mailbox. 
4. Support will retrieve the email for you and give you the new token
5. You will then place that token into the Value field of the FIMS System Option shown in the screenshot.
