When adding a note to an account on eTapestry mobile, it shows a Contact UDF that is required, while it is not required on the Desktop version.
This issue was resolved in the 7.44.0 release of eTapestry, which was released on September 30, 2018. If you continue encountering this issue after that date, please chat with support and reference this article.
Steps to Duplicate
Log into eTapestry.
Click Management>User defined fields.
Select any category and edit any UDF.
Click Step 2 field applications and check the box for Contacts under Journal types.
Click Step 3 Field Attributes and check the boxes for "Would you like this field to be required?" and "Would you like this field to be visible in eTapestry Mobile?"
Click Save and Finish.
Log into eTapestry Mobile.
Search for any account.
Click Add Note
Notice the UDF you created for Contacts is showing as required when adding the note.
