If you wish to display your Primary and Secondary codes in your View when you search on records, we advise taking the following steps:

1. Within your workspace of Blackbaud Grantmaking, click the folder icon at the bottom middle of your screen to open your View.
2. The Change Display screen appears > Under 'Select available columns from', choose the category of Coding Sheet where the codes exist that you wish to display (e.g. Request's Coding sheet)
3. Under the Available columns, click the Coding Sheet you wish to display to highlight (e.g. Geographical Area Served) > Click 'Include' twice to bring the column to the right
4. Highlight the first row you had added in the column to the right > Click the 'Formatting' button
5. The 'Column - Coding Sheet: xxxxx' window appears
For Display Code/Description dropdown, select your preferred choice > Most often, this is Description only
For Primary/Secondary Codes down, select Primary only
For Delimiter between codes, leave this as default
Click OK
6. Highlight the second row you had added in the column to the right > Click the 'Formatting' button
7. The 'Column - Coding Sheet: xxxxx' window appears
For Display Code/Description dropdown, select your preferred choice > Most often, this is Description only
For Primary/Secondary Codes down, select Secondary only
For Delimiter between codes, select your preferred choice > Most often, this is {carriage return}
Click OK
8. Back on the Change Display screen, click 'Apply'
9. To save these changes, click the disk icon at the bottom middle of the screen
10. The New View window appears
In the Name, enter the Name of your choice for the View
[Optional] In the Description, enter a Description if you wish
[Optional] You may choose to mark the checkbox for 'Allow others to use this View' if you wish to share it
[Optional] You may select a Search from the dropdown if you wish
Click OK
