What is Cycle Management and Why is it Important?
How do I get started with Cycle Management? What steps are involved?
- First, learn about cycle management, and what steps you will need to take in order to work with Customer Support during the process. Some of this work you may want to complete yourself; and in order to complete the process across your entire system, Customer Support must assist you.
- Next, you will prepare your system and reach out to Customer Support directly to get started. This process should be started at least 3-4 weeks before you plan to close your cycle.
- After you have contacted Customer Support and begun the process, you will need to complete and return to Customer Support the Cycle Management Checklist.
- After Cycle Management has been completed by Customer Support, you will be contacted with follow-up information and next steps. Now you can kick off your new cycle!
