When you are ready to begin Cycle Management, that is, closing your current cycle by archiving Drafted and Submitted General and Conditional Applications, archiving your opportunities and their applications, and then starting a new cycle by cloning opportunities to create new ones, there are steps to follow to ensure the process is successful. Customer Support and the Professional Services team can assist you with Cycle Management from start to finish.

How do I get started with Cycle Management? What steps are involved?
  1. First, learn about cycle management, and what steps you will need to take in order to work with Customer Support during the process. Some of this work you may want to complete yourself; and in order to complete the process across your entire system, Customer Support must assist you.  IF you only need to archive and clone your opportunities, the Support Team can assist.  If you need to archive your General and Conditional Applications as well, then you will need to be routed to the Professional Services Team.
  2. Reach out to Customer Support directly to get started. This process should be started at least 3-4 weeks before you plan to close your cycle.
