Unable to export transactions from Transaction Search results

When viewing the Transaction Search results, users are unable to export.
This issue was resolved on November 11th, 2018 as part of the Payments release. 

Note: To export the user must have administrative rights or a Role with "Export Transactions" permission marked.
 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into the BBMS Web Portal
  2. Go to Transactions > Transaction Search
  3. Click Search
  4. Click Export and select file type
No export file pops up
