If a user for MobilePay names their device incorrectly with a spelling mistake or wrong naming method this can only be corrected in the BBMS Portal. 
  1. Log in to the BBMS Portal at <https://bbms.blackbaud.com> with a user that has Admin or "manage mobile devices" permissions
  2. Navigate to Account Management > Mobile Devices
  3. Locate the device in question
  4. Click the ellipses button (...)
  5. Select Edit
  6. Rename the device
  7. Click Save

When signing into the MobilePay application the device will only request the username and password as the security code has not been changed only the name for the code has been manipulated.
