FIMS CRM Sync emails are not being received

After a successful Sync between FIMS and CRM, the email address defined in Tools > System Utilities > System Options > Sales Force > Customer_Email, does not receive any CRM Sync emails.
The email to be used for the FIMS to FIMS CRM sync is set in FIMS but FIMS calls Salesforce to send these emails. If the FIMS to FIMS CRM sync emails are not being received you will need to contact Salesforce.
