Unable to "Record transaction" in Credit Card Activity in Financial Edge NXT

When using Credit Card Activity in Financial Edge NXT, users are not able to click "Record transaction". The button appears to be selected but nothing happens.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into Financial Edge NXT webview
2. Payables > Credit Card Activity
3. Select transaction
4. Enter Vendor, Invoice number, description, and post date
5. Click Record transaction - nothing happens
