Page not found error when navigating to FB fundraising page from Participant Center

When TeamRaiser/Facebook fundraiser integration is setup, participants can link to their Facebook account in the participant center to setup fundraising. If the participant links to the wrong facebook accounts or needs to remove the fundraiser from Facebook, they may do so by deleting the fundraiser from Facebook. When navigating back to their participant center, it shows that they are still connected to the previous Fundraiser, but when they click the button to go to Facebook fundraiser, they receive a page not found error and are unable to add a new connection to a Facebook page.
This issue is currently being investigated and this article will be updated when more information is available.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Register for a TeamRaiser
  2. Login to the Participant center
  3. Link to a Facebook account and create fundraiser
  4. Login to Facebook and delete fundraiser
  5. Go back to participant center and click to go to fundraiser
  6. Receive error.
