This error comes up when your Raiser's Edge RE7 Authentication account has become locked.

To correct the issue, complete the following steps in Raiser's Edge (Database view if you are an NXT customer)
  1. Login to Raiser's Edge as a supervisor level user
  2. Click Admin --> Security
  3. Located the affected account and double click it
  4. In right-hand region of the window, find the check box for "Account is Locked Out" and remove the check
  5. Reset the RE7 Authentication password
  6. Click Save and Close on the account
  7. Supply the new password to the affected user and update the integration credentials in ResearchPoint accordingly.
