To view an individual student's enrollments:

  1. From the persona menu, select Academics
  2. Select People Finder > Search for the Student 
  3. Navigate to the Enrollment tab 
  4. Select Manage Enrollment.

To enroll a student in a section:

  1. Academics > Scheduling > Requests and Scheduling 
  2. From the Student Enrollment tab select the Pencil icon beside the appropriate student 
  3. Select the appropriate section from the Section # column 
  4. User-added image
  5. Select Add a request if the student does not already have a request for the course 
  6. Select Save & Close.

To drop a student from a section:

  1. From the Student Enrollment screen, select the icon with 3 small dots next to the course 
  2. User-added image
  3. Select Drop
  4. Select the reason for dropping the student:
    • Scheduling Error: This option removes all record of the student being in the section (this cannot be chosen if report card grades have been recorded in the section for the student). Absences, grade book grades and comments will be displayed and permanently removed if you confirm the final step.
    • Change Sections: This option allows you to drop the student from one section of a course and enroll them into another section of the same course.
    • Drop Course: This option will leave a record of the student's enrollment in the course. Choose this option if you would like to leave report card grades and absences that have been recorded intact and in the system.
  5. Enter the date that the drop will take effect.
  6. Select Save & Exit.

To enroll a student in a section in the student's Academic Profile:

  1. From the persona menu, select Faculty or Academics
  2. On the dashbaord, search for the student using "Find Me Now"
  3. Select Academic Profile
  4. From the "Enrollment" menu, select Manage for the academic enrollments.
  5. Select the appropriate school year and term.
  6. Find the new section and enter the date that the student will begin attending the new section.
  7. Click the green plus sign.

To drop a student from a section in the student's Academic Profile:

  1. From the persona menu, select Faculty or Academics.
  2. On the dashboard, search for the student using "Find Me Now"
  3. Select Academic Profile
  4. From the "Enrollment" menu, select Manage for the academic enrollments.
  5. Select the appropriate school year and term.
  6. In the Current Schedule, select Edit for the section that should be dropped.
  7. In the Drop/Change Date field, enter the date that the student will drop the section.
  8. Select the reason for dropping the student:
    • Scheduling Error: This option removes all record of the student being in the section (this cannot be chosen if report card grades have been recorded in the section for the student).
