You will need to first create your anchor within the Formatted Text and Image (FTI) part. After the anchor is created, you will add the anchor tag #[InsertAnchorNameHere] to your desired area. For example, the Anchor tag and be added to another FTI part on the page or to a Menu on the page. 
Both the anchor and the anchor tag must exist on the same page. 

Create the Anchor within the FTI part
  1. Edit the FTI part
  2. Highlight the area of the text you would like to jump to or insert your cursor
  3. Select Insert tab and click the Anchor button
  4. Give your anchor a name, then click OK
  5. Click Save
Create a link to an anchor within the same FTI part:
This should be used if the anchor your created in the section above and the anchor tag exist in the same FTI part.
  1. Edit the FTI part 
  2. Highlight the text you would like to link or insert your cursor
  3. Click the Insert tab and click the Link button
  4. Mark the option for "Create link to an anchor in this document"
  5. Select your anchor from the Anchor drop-down
  6. Click the Insert button
Create an anchor link between two different FTI parts or between a Menu and FTI part
This should be utilized if you want to create a link from one FTI part to another FTI part or from a Menu part to an FTI part.
FTI to FTI
  1. Follow the steps above to "Create the Anchor within the FTI part"
  2. Edit the FTI part where you want the link to go that will send users to the anchor tag you created in step 1
  3. Highlight the text to use as the link
  4. Click Insert > Link 
  5. Select create Other type of link
  6. Click the dropdown next to "create other type of link" and select "other"
  7. Enter a "#" into the text area followed by the name of the anchor tag you created in step 5.  An example would look like:  #anchorLink
  8. Click Save
Menu to FTI
  1. ​Follow the steps above to "Create the Anchor within the FTI part"
  2. Edit the menu part where you want the link to go that will send users to the anchor tag you created in step 1
  3. Click Add item
  4. Enter your Label
  5. Click the binoculars under Link
  6. Select Create other type of link
  7. Under Type, select [other]
  8. For URL: Enter the Page's directory and add "#" into the text area followed by the name of the anchor tag you created.
    • For example: Your full page URL is:  https:www.mysite.org/pagedirectory
    • Your anchor is AnchorLink
    • For the Menu item URL, enter: /pagedirectory#AnchorLink
  9. Click OK
  10. Click Save
