1. Create a constituent query of the records to be included in the mailing
  2. From Mail Create a new Quick Letters based on the query created in step 1
  3. On the General tab, mark the Create output query checkbox
  4. On the Organization Address tab in step 2, click Contact Information
  5. On the Contacts to Receive Mail screen in the 'If a contact also receives this mailing as an individual' drop-down, select Mail to individual address only
  6. Select all other appropriate options and run the mailing to generate the output query
  7. Create a constituent export based on the output query created in step 6
