Blackbaud is securing FTP credentials. If your FTP credentials are missing, we will need to create them for you. 

It is possible your FTP credentials are there but you are receiving the message in error. Follow these steps:
  1. Log out of blackbaud.com.
  2. Refresh your Blackbaud ID  
    Note:  The link above will refresh your Blackbaud ID and also prompt you to log into blackbaud.com. 
  3. If you still are unable to access your credentials, go to Training Central by clicking your initials in the upper right, selecting Other Sign ins, Training, and then Training Central. Stay on this page for about 5 minutes, then go back and try to view your FTP credentials.
If the message is still received or the FTP credentials are missing message, Chat with Support and reference this article. In the meantime, if you need to transfer a file immediately, ask a co-worker to do so for you.
