Email notifications are username-specific within the BBMS Portal.  This means the same email address can be entered for an email notification from multiple usernames, resulting in multiple notifications.
 
To remove duplicate notifications:
  1. Log into the Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) Web Portal with the Administrator login or each respective user account at https://bbms.blackbaud.com/
  2. In the upper right corner go to Welcome > Email Notifications
  3. Click the ellipses next to each notification > Edit
  4. Click the trash icon to remove each user email if the user account already has email notifications set under their login
  5. Click Save
 
If the emails are set up under a User no longer with the organization, that User can be deleted which will delete the email notification settings as well:
  1. Log into the Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) Web Portal with an Administrator login at https://bbms.blackbaud.com/
  2. Click Account Management > Users
  3. Click the ellipses next to the user account to be removed
  4. Click Delete
  5. Click Delete user to confirm the selection
