- Open a Command Prompt
- Type ipconfig /flushdns
- Hit Enter to let this run
- Once complete, close and reopen the browser
- Log back into Blackbaud Hosting Services
- Attempt to launch the application again
If the error continues after taking these steps, work with your local IT resources to review any additional proxy servers or proxy services that may be in place, as these settings are not configured within Blackbaud's environment.
