The Data Health Scorecard Report should be available to all organizations. However, in some cases the Report can be missing from your database. You may also notice the tiles missing from your Home Page.
If your organization has recently upgraded to a package, you may not see the Data Health Scorecard right away. On the Monday following your upgrade, you should be able to view the Report by following these steps.
Click eTapestry Standard Reports
Under Account Reports, click on Data Health Scorecard
On the Home Page, the Data Health Scorecard "tiles" are not tiles. They are messages/alerts that appear when a service is due or suggested to be run. Those will show an expiration date when they'll go away, or click on the X in the upper right of the message to remove before that date.
