- The TeamRaiser gift must have a transaction type of TeamRaiser
- The credit card type must be set to Credit Card Offline
- Make sure the event and donation form is cross referenced. cross references the TeamRaiser and/or donation form.
- Once you confirm all cross references are set, you will either need to modify the record in order to prompt a sync with LO, or you can mark the checkbox for "Send to Service Bus Now."
- Another possibility is that the TeamRaiser registration in Luminate is Inactive. You will need to reactivate the registration and then mark "Send to Service Bus Now" in LCRM.
- Fundraising > select TeamRaiser
- Find the TeamRaiser and click Manage
- Search for the participant
- Click their name
- Click Make Active
