TeamRaiser transactions are the only gift type that will sync from LCRM to Luminate Online. To sync TeamRaiser gifts created in LCRM, the following conditions must be met.
  • The TeamRaiser gift must have a transaction type of TeamRaiser
  • The credit card type must be set to Credit Card Offline
  • Make sure the event and donation form is cross referenced. cross references the TeamRaiser and/or donation form
    • Once you confirm all cross references are set, you will either need to modify the record in order to prompt a sync with LO, or you can mark the checkbox for "Send to Service Bus Now."
  • Another possibility is that the TeamRaiser registration in Luminate is Inactive. You will need to reactivate the registration and then mark "Send to Service Bus Now" in LCRM.
    • Fundraising > select TeamRaiser
    • Find the TeamRaiser and click Manage
    • Search for the participant
    • Click their name
    • Click Make Active
