Participants in prospect plan steps do not appear on step page

When adding a participant to a plan step, that participant may not show up on the step page.

Participants can be added or edited in the Prospect Plan by going to Solicitors and Participants tab. 
  1. On the Prospect Plan > Click Solicitors and Participants tab
  2. Click Add under Plan Participants
  3. Search for and select the constituent
  4. Click Save

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From the Prospects page, select Search fundraiser
  2. Search for and select your fundraiser
  3. From the Fundraiser tab, select Prospects and plans and select your prospect
  4. From the Prospects tab, select your Plan name
  5. From the Details tab, select your Objective
  6. Click Edit from the Details tab
  7. From the Interaction section, select a Contact method and Participant
  8. Save and see that the Participant is not listed under Plan participants in the top right of the step
