Journal Contact entries are not being created when a you send out emails to constituents using Constant Contact

Journal Entry Contacts are not being created inside eTapestry when Constant Contact syncs each Sunday.

1. Review the Constant Contact Integration FAQ
2. Verify that your integration is set-up correctly
3. Verify that the contact entries for Constant Contact are for constituents accounts and not user accounts
4. Contact support and reference this article ID.
