1. Navigate to Analysis > Manage Lists.
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions.
  3. Select the List Templates tab.
  4. From Template Category, select Event.
  5. Click View/Copy to the right of Distinct Current Events.
  6. Select the Filters tab.
  7. Under Global Filters, click the User-added image to edit the Condition for Event.Start Date.
  8. Next to Event.Start Date, change "within" to "on" or "after".
  9. Change "relative" to "custom" in the drop-down box.
  10. In the blank field, enter the start date of your School Year.
  11. Tip: You can find this in Core > Settings > School Information > Years & Terms.
  12. Click User-added image  to edit the Condition for Event.End Date.
  13. Next to Event.End Date, change "within" to "on or after".
  14. Change "relative" to "custom" in the drop-down box.
  15. In the blank field, enter the end date of your School Year.
  16. Enter a Name for your list.
  17. Click Save.
  18. Click Preview in the bottom-right to view your list's results.
  19. Select Export to get an Excel file export.
