First you will want to ensure there is a Grade recorded for that course. To check this:

  1. Go to Academics > Grades > Grades Management.
  2. Select Enter grades by student.
  3. Search for the User.
  4. Click Edit next to Grades and Credits.
  5. Find the Course and see if there is a Grade listed.
If there is no grade present, this would cause the course to not display on the transcript. If there is a Grade recorded then follow the steps below:
  1. Go to Academics > Grades > Transcripts Setup.
  2. Select Transcript Builder.
  3. Edit the transcript.
  4. Click School Years on the left.
  5. On the right, edit the school year the grade does not appear for.
  6. In the drop down corresponding to the grade plan, choose the grade to display.
  7. Click Save.
