To add a custom form to a page layout:
  1. Navigate to School website > Websites > Edit website
  2. Navigate to the page.
  3. Click the wrench icon and select Edit Page Content.
  4. On the left, scroll all the way down to Forms.
  5. Click on the custom forms and drag it to where you want it located on the layout
  6. Under Please select a category, select the custom form.
  7. Click Apply Changes.
