NOTE:  You can now export files from your hosted application directly to your local machine, bypassing the Blackbaud Hosting Services Files Folder. This feature is not currently available on the EU datacenterLearn how to export files directly to your local drive on your workstation.  To continue using the Blackbaud Hosting Services Files Folder, review the information below.

To access the Files folder:

  1. Go to the Files folder for the datacenter where your database is hosted:
  2. Enter your Hosting username and password. These are the same credentials used to log into the Blackbaud Hosting Services portal.
  3. Click Login, or Sign In.
  4. In the Current Folder field, type your Site ID. Be sure to leave the "/" in the field so your site ID looks like this: /5740.

  1. Click Go, or Enter on your keyboard.
Notes:  You may also use one of the following alternate methods to access the Files folder:
To upload files:
  1. Click the Upload Files button (in the top left).
  2. Click the Browse button.
  3. Browse to the file you would like to upload.
  4. Do this for up to five files.
  5. Mark Overwrite selected Files on the server if appropriate.
  6. Click Upload.
To download files:
  1. Open the Files folder or click the Refresh button if you are already logged in.
  2. Browse to the folder where the file was saved.
  3. Mark the checkbox next to the file you would like to download.
Note: In Internet Explorer, you may only download one file at a time.
  1. Click Download.
  2. Follow your browser's prompts to complete the download.
To create a new folder:
  1. Click Add folder.
  2. Enter a name for the folder.
  3. Click Add folder.
To delete files:
  1. Mark the checkbox next to the files you would like to delete.
  2. Click the Delete button.
  3. Click Delete to confirm.
