- Delete unneeded files from your Files Folder.
- Attempt to export/import your files to the files folder again.
Your organization may request a temporary increase in the Files Folder quota allocation which can be increased to 500 megabytes for specific hosting usernames. To request this increase to 500 megabytes, please perform the following: Contact Support and reference this article.
Note: If additional space (beyond 500 megabytes) is required please contact your Account Executive for more information about purchasing the needed space.
